If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved, for heart belief leads to righteousness and mouth confession to salvation.

Romans 9:15-16

Conclusion

Scripture says God raised Pharaoh up to show his power and proclaim his name in all the earth, so God has mercy on whom he desires and hardens whom he desires.

Romans 9:17-18

Conclusion

The formed thing has no right to reply against God, and the potter has right over the clay to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor.

Romans 9:20-21

Conclusion

Gentiles who did not pursue righteousness attained righteousness by faith, but Israel pursuing a law of righteousness did not arrive at it.

Romans 9:30-31

Conclusion

Israel did not arrive because they sought it by works of the law and not by faith, stumbling over the stumbling stone, and no one who believes in him will be disappointed.

Scripture says whoever believes in him will not be disappointed, and there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Israel did not obtain what it seeks, but the chosen ones obtained it and the rest were hardened, as Scripture says God gave them a spirit of stupor and David describes their table as a snare.

Romans 11:7-10

Conclusion

Israel did not stumble so as to fall, but by their fall salvation came to the Gentiles to provoke them to jealousy, and if their fall is the riches of the world, how much more their fullness?

A partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles comes in, and so all Israel will be saved, as Scripture says the Deliverer will come from Zion and take away their sins.
